- Original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not marked as non-returnable

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery along with clear photos of the issue.
